Significant Progress Made in AT&T Surplus Talks January 22, 2011 Our Union has made significant progress with the Company concerning the announced surplus made earlier this month. We are optimistic that we will be able to announce an agreement shortly that will lessen the impact on IBEW Local 21 members. We anticipate more details to be available on Monday, January 24, 2011.
