| Dear Members, Negotiations Update: On November 1, the MFT and MPS teams met at the Bureau of Mediation Services. We are happy to report that some progress was made and we have more meetings scheduled over the next two weeks to try and reach a full contract settlement as soon as possible. Therefore, in light of the upcoming events, the MFT membership meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 10 is being cancelled. The Wednesday, December 1st meeting will be held as scheduled.
