Forms and your check for $30 are due to the STA office by Friday, October 21. If you attend the conference, your check will be returned to you at the conference.

Health and safety issues regarding workplace indoor air quality will be presented.
E. Planning for Stress

We will look at the general effects and symptoms of stress and the factors that affect our responses. Learn how to strengthen existing resources and identify coping strategies.
